Chemical Peels

Chemical peeling is an accelerated form of exfoliation induced by the use of natural enzymes and naturally occurring acids. The peels that we offer at Longevity Medspa are considered "Light " peels. Light peeling agents induce a faster sloughing of the cells in the stratum corneum, to reveal new fresh skin, without the down time you would experience from "Medium" or "Deep" peels.

The "Medium" or "Deep" peels are known to create necrosis and inflammation in the epidermis, dermis or deeper. There will be substantial down time, scabbing, pain, and possible scarring.

We offer a wide variety of Peels that treat every type of skin ailment. Being on a skin care regime( pre-peel regime) will prepare the skin for the types of peels that we offer. It will also render the peel most effective and deliver the best benefits.

We carry two brands, ACTIFIRM and PCA peels, they are effective and will give your the desired effect you want. There is no down time for our peels, such as you can go back to work or go shopping. Some of our PCA peels remain on the face when you have leave Longevity MedSpa, it’s recommended that you leave the peel on till the next morning and then cleanse it off. Some people will experience peeling of the skin as early as the day after the treatment, and some will not experience any visible peeling. Either way the peels will slough the dead the skin and your skin will feel tighter and be visibly smoother and younger looking.
